Bayern Munich right-back Willy Sagnol has admitted he is considering a move to AC Milan and another unnamed club.
The Frenchman has been with the Bundesliga giants for nearly eight seasons but voiced his dissatisfaction in a season when he has made just eight league appearances.
Although the 30-year-old claimed he would still like to stay, it seems unlikely he would settle for the fringe role he has found himself in this season.
"My future should be settled around 24th or 25th of May," he told L'Equipe TV.
"The Milan officials have regularly returned their focus for six years and I am proud of that interest.
"It almost happened in 2002 and above all after the World Cup in 2006, but in those times I preferred to favour Bayern.
"My preference remains Bayern, where I have two years remaining on my contract, but I will follow cautiously what will happen at the club during the coming days.
"I had the opportunity to talk with Jurgen Klinsman, the new coach. He told me he is relying on me.
"In transfer business, everything can happen quickly. Milan and another big European club, not Italian, are attracted."
