The Italian league said in a statement it had suspended Alessandro Grandoni, Emanuele Filippini and Giovanni Pasquale and added that David Balleri, Antonio Filippini and Simone Pavan were banned for Sunday's game at relegation-threatened Torino.

Fiorentina striker Adrian Mutu's season is also over after the Romania international was given a two-game ban for his sending off in Sunday's 2-1 defeat at Cagliari.

Meanwhile, Palermo's Brazilian forward Amauri is 98 percent certain to join Juventus in the close season, according to the Sicilian club's president Maurizio Zamparini.
