Fri 06 Jun, 04:30 PM

Bournemouth defender Josh Gowling has revealed he is considering offers from two other clubs as the Cherries' protracted takeover rumbles on.Gowling is one of eight players to have been offered fresh terms by Cherries, but he is entitled to speak to other clubs and could leave on a Bosman free transfer.

And although he is not ruling out the possibility of extending his stay at Dean Court, the 24-year-old expects to finalise his plans for the future following a family break in France.

Gowling told the Bournemouth Daily Echo: "I've been away with my girlfriend and had one offer before I left and one since I've been back.

"I haven't received the offer from Bournemouth yet because it was sent by registered post while I was away but I know what's on the table.

"I'll have a good look through it when I come back from France and then decide what's best for me. I love it here and the gaffer has been great with me. He has said he will do everything in his power to keep me and that was nice to hear."
