Bury boss Alan Knill wants his players to have a positive mentality going into the 2008/09 campaign after going through an upsurge in fortunes.Knill came to the club in February after the departure of Chris Casper, and the Shakers ended up losing only four of their 18 games under the ex-Rotherham boss.
He told the Bury Times: "I think it helps that we only lost four in 18 once I came to the club last season. I have kept most of that squad together and added Efe Sodje and Wayne Brown to it. They are players who definitely know what it's like to win.
"I am a big believer that you need to be winning everyday at whatever you do. Winning is even important in training.
"I want to instill that in the team and they took that on board pretty quickly last year."
