Udinese's Italy midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino will not be moving to Juventus after the clubs failed to agree on a fee following weeks of talks.
"The negotiations are definitely over," Udinese owner Gianpaolo Pozzo told Sky Italia.
Media reports have said Juve may now switch their attention to Fiorentina's Felipe Melo, who is also a target for Arsenal.
But the Turin club, keen to buy a midfielder and a left-back, have denied interest in Lazio playmaker Cristian Ledesma.

Thats a shame, he would have been a great signing playing along side Diego, those two would have been dangerous to handle.
