New Northampton defender Dean Beckwith has set himself a target of five goals in the coming season as he plans to guide the Cobblers out of League Two at the first attempt.
The 25-year-old has managed just five in his whole career to date but is planning on doubling that tally in his first year at Sixfields.
He said: "I need to score more goals, I know that myself. I only got one last season and set-plays are a big thing for me.
"I need to start scoring more regularly, and that's what I will try and do this year.
"I do get forward for every corner and most free-kicks, although it might not seem like it! A target this season for me is for five or six goals, and that is what I'm aiming for."

Based on some of our performances last season, you will be doing well to stop the opposition scoring five goals in the same game let alone you scoring five for us in a season. Good luck!
