Millwall striker Adrian Forbes has agreed to join Grimsby on a two-year contract.
The 30-year-old spent the final few months of last season on loan at Blundell Park.
He made 15 appearances for Mike Newell's side and scored three goals, helping the League Two club to avoid relegation from the Football League.
The former Norwich trainee will complete the move later this week.
