West Brom midfielder Joss Labadie has signed a one-year contract extension with the club, with the Baggies holding an option to extend the deal by a further year.
The 18-year-old, who came through the youth set-up at The Hawthorns, signed his first professional contract last summer and impressed until a metatarsal injury ruled him out for six weeks, cutting short a loan spell at League Two side Shrewsbury.
The Croydon-born youngster, who has yet to make a first-team appearance, was spotted playing at Barking Abbey College of Sport and joined after a successful trial period.
