Barnet striker Adam Birchall believes he can fire the Bees to promotion to League One during the 2008/09 campaign.Birchall scored 15 goals in all competitions last season for the Bees, and the 23-year-old forward is confident of improving on that tally in the forthcoming campaign.

He told the club's official website: "I've definitely got more goals in me. I got 15 last year and I can definitely get more.

"Everyone knows what we can achieve here, and hopefully we can really fulfil our potential this season.

"We're still a young side, but we've got some experience behind us now and we'll use that to push on."
