Kenyans run well in long and middle distance because of hard work, and all these come from high attitude areas in Rift Valley and Mt Kenya, Aberdare area i.e Jelimo is from Rift Valley(Upper areas) and the Beijing Marathon winner Kimani Wanjiru from the footsteps of Aberdare Mountains.
