Doncaster have doubts over striker Billy Sharp and midfield pair Martin Woods and Simon Gillett for their league match at Plymouth.
Sharp, who has fired four goals in eight starts since arriving on loan from Sheffield United in September, is struggling with a knee problem, while Woods and Gillett are nursing groin and hamstring injuries respectively.
But manager Sean O'Driscoll is ready to risk naming all three in his squad as they will have a fortnight to recover properly due to the international break.
O'Driscoll is still without skipper Brian Stock (knee) and central defenders Adam Lockwood (foot) and Byron Webster (elbow), so Sam Hird will resume alongside on-loan Jason Shackell at the heart of defence.
Sean McDaid took another big step towards his return to first-team action by coming through a 30-minute run-out unscathed in a behind-closed-doors friendly this week after 18 months on the sidelines with a knee injury.
