Wolves' FA Cup match-winner Michael Kightly admits he was "just pleased to be back" after he came on to change the game against Cambridge.Wolves boss Mick McCarthy introduced Kightly for the final 30 minutes of Saturday's 2-1 win over the Us - the 21-year-old's first action since damaging his ankle ligaments against West Brom in November - and he did not disappoint as he scored one and made another.
"I would have liked to have come on in different circumstances but I was just pleased to be back on the pitch," Kightly told the club's official website.
"It was planned that I'd play some part in the game, whether we were winning or not.
"I've been looking forward to playing again and I was glad to be able to come on and turn things around.
"I don't feel that I'm back to full fitness yet but the more training I get in and games I play the better."
