Manager Brian Little believes the addition of Martin Foyle to the backroom staff at Wrexham could be a turning point in the club's season.Foyle was unveiled as first-team coach last week and Little believes the experience of the former Port Vale boss will prove invaluable in the battle to avoid relegation.
The Dragons currently prop up the entire Football League and have secured just one win in their last 15 games in all competitions.
"We have met a few times over the last couple of weeks and with 23 games to go I decided it was the right thing to do to give us an extra edge," Little told the Wrexham Leader.
"We have got half a season to turn it around and I feel Martin can help us do that.
"There is a good rapport there and we have been bouncing ideas off each other. I know I will work well with Martin."
