Cheltenham chairman Paul Baker has revealed that the club have had bids for non-league stars Stuart Fleetwood and Jamie Mackie turned down.Striker Fleetwood has been in prolific form for Forest Green this season - scoring 27 goals in all competitions - while midfielder Mackie has been a major influence in Exeter's midfield.
"We put in what we considered to be good offers for the two players but they were declined on the basis that they did not match their club's valuations," Baker told the club's official website.
"But we are committed to bringing quality players into the squad and the search will go on.
"We have the opportunity during January to sign players and we can also make loan signings up until March. Hopefully there will be some more positive news later in the week."
