New Brentford manager Andy Scott has insisted that he will only bring in "the right type of player" during this month's transfer window.Scott's Midas touch in charge at Griffin Park continued with a 1-0 win over Shrewsbury at the weekend and he is planning several signings.

He said: "I have got my eye on several players but we've got a budget to stick to and have got to make some changes.

"But what I will do is get the right type of player in.

"We've got a team spirit here now and I don't want to bring in someone who will undo all the good work we've done.

"We'll have to see what sort of movement we have within our squad and then talk to the board about the budget."
