Argyle likely to name same side

Fri 07 Mar, 01:00 PM

Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock is likely to keep faith with a winning side for Saturday's clash with Sheffield United at Home Park.Sturrock's side stormed back up to sixth on the back of their biggest win of the season, 4-1 at home to basement side Colchester on Tuesday, and the Scot was more than happy with his side's overall performance.

Against Colchester, Sturrock fielded the same starting XI that began the 3-0 defeat at play-off rivals West Brom, which ended the Greens four-match winning streak.

Argyle are still without sidelined Scottish utility player Jim Paterson (hamstring) while Mat Doumbe is making a timely return to fitness as fellow central defender Krisztian Timar is suspended for the clash with Kevin Blackwell's Blades.
