Forde ready for Cherries debut

Fri 07 Mar, 11:00 AM

Bournemouth boss Kevin Bond could hand a debut to keeper David Forde when he takes his side to Leeds - but may be without four more players.Forde arrived from Championship side Cardiff on Thursday to replace Gareth Stewart, who suffered a broken leg in last weekend's 2-0 win over Hartlepool, joining Neil Moss (wrist) on the list of long-term absentees.

Lee Bradbury, Max Gradel and Warren Cummings all missed training on Thursday while Jo Tessem trained through a niggling back problem.

Bradbury is suffering with a migraine but Bond is hopeful he will be available for the Elland Road clash while Cummings has picked up an infection from the stitches in his shin injury and is currently on antibiotics as he bids to be fit in time for the match.

Gradel is currently in France on family business and could return in time to face United if personal matters he has to attend are resolved in time.

Russ Perrett remains some way off a return as he continues his recovery from pleurisy, while Ryan Garry (shin), Darren Anderton (hamstring) and Steve Foley (back) will again all be absent.
