Sheffield United could once again be without goalkeeper Paddy Kenny and striker Rob Hulse for the Steel City derby with Sheffield Wednesday.Kenny (back) and Hulse (groin) missed the 3-0 win over Leicester on Saturday and are still rated as doubtful.

Billy Sharp could miss out after he sustained a thigh injury against the Foxes, while midfielder Stephen Quinn may be sidelined with a groin injury he suffered at the weekend.

However, captain Chris Morgan returns to contention after serving a one-match ban.

Striker Luton Shelton (ankle) is doubtful but Lee Martin is pushing for a place in the squad after overcoming a knee injury.

Defender Chris Armstrong remains out following surgery on his groin, while Danny Webber (knee) and Nick Montgomery (broken metatarsal) are also long-term absentees.
