Ince to opt for makeshift defence

Mon 07 Apr, 05:30 PM

MK Dons boss Paul Ince has defensive concerns for the visit of rock-bottom Wrexham as he seeks a win which could seal promotion to League One.The Dons can go up with a win on Tuesday night if Stockport lose on Wednesday to relegation strugglers Mansfield but Ince may have to field an unfamiliar back four.

Sean O'Hanlon broke his nose in the 2-1 win at Lincoln on Friday night and will be handed a late fitness test. Should he miss out then Ince has no other recognised centre-backs available.

Drissa Diallo is still out with a shoulder injury so Carl Regan or Jude Stirling will be asked to deputise with the other starting at right-back.

Midfielder Colin Cameron also limped out of the win at Sincil Bank after tweaking his knee and is unlikely to feature, with Jordan Hadfield set to return.

Midfielders Craig Dobson (groin) and Paul Mitchell (broken leg) remain out as the Dons seek a fourth straight win.
