Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws has a number of injury concerns for the Steel City derby with Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.Defender Mark Beevers failed a fitness test on his knee injury before the draw at Scunthorpe on Saturday and a late decision will be made on him once again.
On-loan midfielder Frank Songo'o will also undergo a late test after limping off against at Glanford Park with a thigh injury, while Wade Small is a doubt with a groin injury he sustained after coming on for Songo'o.
Defender Peter Gilbert could miss out after suffering a thigh injury at the weekend and Richard Hinds may be sidelined once again with his ankle injury.
Laws has also been dealt a further blow with the news that midfielder Sean McAllister will miss the rest of the season with a calf problem.
However, Laws will have Adam Bolder and Ben Sahar available after they extended their loans from QPR and Chelsea until the end of the season, while Songo'o's loan from Portsmouth has also been extended.
