Shrewsbury boss Paul Simpson could hand a start to Darran Kempson for Tuesday's trip to Morecambe after recalling him from his Accrington loan.Kempson could slot straight into the side if Graeme Lee fails to prove his fitness to face Sammy McIlroy's side.
Lee is doubtful having had 20 stitches in his upper lip after suffering the injury in the defeat to Chesterfield.
"It was a bad smash to Graeme's mouth and his teeth and upper lip are in a bit of a mess," Simpson told the club's official website.
"At the moment Graeme has to be rated as a doubt for the trip to Morecambe. One of the first things I did on Saturday evening was to recall Darran Kempson from his loan with Accrington to give us more options."
Forward James Constable is in contention after making the bench at the weekend but Andy Cooke is again doubtful with a knee injury. Midfielder David Hunt (hip) and Kelvin Langley (knee) are again sidelined.
