Blackpool manager Simon Grayson has launched a major clear-out by releasing 11 of the Tangerines' first-team squad.Michael Jackson, Keigan Parker, John Hills, Paul Tierney, Phil Doughty, Andy Welsh, Marcus Bean, Lewis Edge, Michael Flynn, Matt Lawler and Phil Marsh have all been told to look for new clubs for next season.

The most surprising name in the clear-out is that of striker Parker who has scored 41 goals for the Seasiders since signing from St Johnstone in 2004.

Fifteen players remain under contract while Andy Morrell, Simon Wiles and Claus Jorgenson have been offered new deals.
