Karl Oyston has praised the "hardest-working" management team during his time as Blackpool chairman.He spoke out after the Seasiders secured their Championship status with a hard-fought 1-1 draw with Watford at the weekend.

Oyston told the club's official website: "In Simon (Grayson), Tony (Parkes) and Tommo (Steve Thompson) we have the hardest-working management team since my time as chairman.

"The three of them work exceptionally well and hard together.

"I'm sure next season they will be looking to build on this season's experiences."
