Plymouth teenager Damien McCrory has been called up to attend a Republic of Ireland Under-19 squad training camp in preparation for next month's UEFA European Championship elite qualifiers in Belgium.
Left-sided midfielder McCrory is to attend the training sessions which take place over three days in Dublin starting on May 18.
The Irish squad then faces three games between June 5-10, against host nation Belgium, Switzerland and Sweden, and must top the group to qualify for the Euro Finals in Ukraine in July.
McCrory, who enjoyed a successful three-month loan at League Two club Port Vale prior to the New Year, was one of Ireland's star performers when they and France eliminated Malta and Liechtenstein from a preliminary qualifying group last November.
