Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic looks set to miss Serbia's World Cup qualifier against Faroe Islands on Wednesday after suffering an ankle injury against Austria on Saturday night.
The 27-year-old was substituted after sustaining the problem in the first half of the 1-0 win, which saw the Serbians open up a five-point gap over France at the Group Seven summit.
Coach Radomir Antic is "not very optimistic" about the centre-back's availability for the midweek trip to Torshavn.
