Southend have completed the signing of winger Kevin Betsy for a nominal fee from Bristol City signing a two-year deal at Roots Hall .The 30-year-old has joined the Shrimpers after being told he was free to leave Championship side City earlier this week.
The Shrimpers beat Swindon and Cheltenham to Betsy's signature after both clubs expressed an interest in signing the player.
