Under-fire sporting director Damien Comolli says Tottenham need "stability" and insists his relationship with Juande Ramos remains "excellent".
Comolli has been linked with an exit from Spurs as fans blame him for Tottenham's woeful start to the season.
Ramos has apparently received a vote of confidence by the Spurs board, and Comolli insists that the club is united.
"We share the responsibilities," he told the BBC. "We are all together supporting each other and I'm sure we will turn it around.
"We need stability. We don't need change. We need to get results.
"As a club we are very united - the board and the coaching staff, the players and the coaching staff, and the players and the board. We are in this together so we don't want to single out anyone.
"We are not getting the results we thought we would get, but we are working hard and we are all committed in the club to getting it right and fixing it.
"My relationship with Juande is excellent, as always. That is all speculation. We don't talk about that inside the club. We just want to get out of this tricky situation."

any chance of bringing in a striker on loan until january. talk is cheap mr comoli.
The Board's policy is to treat players as commodities to be bought and sold at a profit even at the expense of success on the football field. This is obvious from their transfer dealings. If you are in the business of football, the only criteria is success on the field which brings it's own rewards. Camoli and Levy are responsible for this farce and burying heads in the sand is not the answer.
ENOUGH OF THIS NEGATIVE TALK FROM THE FANS!
Let's get behind THFC. We know it is far from perfect at the moment, we can all see that. But time is needed to get the team playing together and to perform to the highest standard. So in the meantime, let's get behind THFC and give the players and management the support the club deserves! Come on the Spurs!
