The Ottawa Senators snapped a seven-game losing streak as Randy Robitaille scored a pair of goals to help the Senators defeat the Florida Panthers in Sunrise.
The Senators won their sixth game in a row over the Panthers over the past two seasons and ended their longest losing streak since an 11-game slide during the 1995-96 season.
"It's nice to get two points," Ottawa captain Dan Alfredsson said. "It's two big points for us. It's a bit of a relief and it should give us some confidence."
Ray Emery made 21 saves in goal for the Senators, including a penalty shot save on Kamil Kreps early in the third period with Ottawa clinging to a one-goal lead.
Mike Fisher, Nick Foligno and Jason Spezza scored the other goals for the Senators, while Daniel Alfredsson and Joe Corvo both added a pair of assists as Ottawa remained in first place in the Eastern Conference despite the recent skid.
Olli Jokinen had a pair of goals for the Panthers, who have lost three in a row on the heels of a four-game winning streak. Steve Montador had a goal and two assists and David Booth also scored for Florida.
Tomas Vokoun allowed two goals on just five shots and was pulled 7:10 into the first period. He was replaced by Craig Anderson. Anderson made 24 saves the rest of the way.
"We bounced back after trailing, which was good," Florida coach Jacques Martin said. "We need more constancy if we're going to start winning again."
Sidney Crosby had three assists as the Pittsburgh Penguins scored four third-period goals to beat the Edmonton Oilers 4-2.
The Columbus Blue Jackets scored four third period goals to rally past the Colorado Avalanche 5-4. Dan Fritsche scored the winner with 4:05 left in the third period.
Slava Kozlov and Ilya Kovalchuk scored in the shootout, giving the Atlanta Thrashers a 4-3 win over the New York Islanders.
The New Jersey Devils rallied from a 3-0 first period deficit to beat the Boston Bruins 4-3 in overtime. Patrick Elias scored his second goal of the game with 1:44 left in overtime for the winner.
The Philadelphia Flyers recorded their fourth road win in a row with a 3-1 victory over the Minnesota Wild. Jeff Carter had a goal and an assist.
The Phoenix Coyotes snapped a four-game losing streak with a 4-1 win over the Los Angeles Kings.
