Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood has revealed his thoughts on losing up to three top players in the January transfer window.Defender Michael Hart is set to sign for Plymouth while midfielders Barry Nicholson and Chris Clark have turned down new deals.
Some good news for Calderwood, whose contract also runs out in the summer, is that defender Alexander Diamond is set to sign a new deal in the next few days.
Calderwood told Northsound: "We have built up a very good squad in the last few years but every individual has their own choice to make in life.
"As I said yesterday, we are starting to be a feeder country for bigger countries which is great in one way but I don't know if it's good for Scottish football.
"And when they come out of contract, every club has their limits on what they can do."
