Notts County manager Ian McParland will make a late check on the fitness of Jason Lee ahead of the Magpies' trip to Stockport on Saturday.The veteran striker, whose recall to the side against Chester last month has coincided with County's four-game unbeaten run, is struggling with an Achilles injury.

McParland said: "Jason is suffering with an Achilles tendon problem which has been niggling away at him.

"He didn't train on Thursday and we will have to see how he is before we make an assessment for the weekend."

With the exception of Lee, McParland has a otherwise fully-fit squad to chose from as he looks to avenge the 2-1 home defeat his side suffered at the hands of the Hatters last month.
