World Football - Ginola hospitalised after ski crash
David Ginola was rushed to hospital with "severe trauma" following a skiing accident in France.
The former Tottenham and Newcastle superstar reportedly collided with another skier on Tuesday while on holiday in Portes du Mont Blanc.
The 45-year-old suffered damage to his throat and bruising across his body, but after being kept in for observation was allowed to return to his hotel room.
Ginola, who made millions from football and shampoo adverts, lives in St Tropez with his ex-model wife and their two children. He had been due to play in a snow golf tournament at Megeve, but was forced to pull out due to his injuries.
