Portsmouth knocked 10-man Manchester United out of the FA Cup by winning a compelling quarter-final clash 1-0 at Old Trafford, ending their Treble hopes in the process.
The hosts dominated large periods of the match but could not find a way past David James and a defensive backline who were inspired throughout.
And with just 12 minutes left on the clock, Portsmouth broke up the other end and were awarded a penalty when Milan Baros was brought to ground by Tomasz Kuszczak, who was shown a straight red card.
Up stepped Sulley Muntari to hammer home the spot kick past Rio Ferdinand, who donned the gloves for the remainder of the match.
And despite a nervous last few minutes, Harry Redknapp's side held on for a famous triumph.
