Luton boss Mick Harford has denied rumours that the club are set to sign Peterborough defender Claude Gnakpa despite being a fan of the player.The Frenchman is out of contract in the summer and reports had linked the 24-year-old with a move to Kenilworth Road.
But Harford told The Luton News: "I've seen him play lots of times. He is a good player. We are just scouting and watching games.
"He played against our reserves. There are a lot of players that impress."
The Hatters manager is on the lookout for new players after announcing his entire squad was available for transfer after their relegation to League Two.
