The race for Guinness Premiership play-off places reaches a thrilling conclusion on Saturday.
West country giants Gloucester and Bath have already secured semi-final berths. The last-four games takes place on Sunday May 18.
The remaining spots will be filled by two of Wasps, Sale Sharks, Harlequins and Leicester.
Here Andrew Baldock looks at the possible scenarios.
GLOUCESTER: Having led the Premiership for most of this season, Gloucester need one point against Bath to guarantee a home semi-final. Victory means they will finish top, while the lowest position Gloucester can occupy is third.
BATH: A win at Kingsholm would put Bath top of the Premiership pile. A draw or two losing bonus points guarantees second spot, but if Gloucester beat them then Steve Meehan's men could possibly end up fourth.
WASPS: Lawrence Dallaglio and company head to already-relegated Leeds Carnegie, needing one point to confirm a play-off place. Victory though, especially of the bonus point variety, could see them finish second.
SALE SHARKS: Sale, the 2006 Premiership champions, need to beat Edgeley Park visitors London Irish to secure a play-off spot. Defeat could see them nudged out by Harlequins or Leicester.
HARLEQUINS: Rugby director Dean Richards takes Quins to his former club Leicester, knowing a play-off berth hinges on results elsewhere. Quins must beat the Tigers, preferably with a bonus point, and hope Sale or Wasps are beaten, the latter without a losing bonus at Leeds.
LEICESTER: Leicester can only reach the play-offs if they beat Quins and collect a bonus point, while Sale lose at home to Irish without gaining a point.
