100 ACTION - Patrice Evra surges into the box and pulls the ball back for Ryan Giggs, who seems certain to score but John Terry manages to clear with a flick header for a corner.

94 ACTION - Frank Lampard turns inside the box and cracks a shot against the bar. United are lucky to see the ball fall to safety.

82 ACTION - Carlos Tevez lets fly from a good position outside the area on the left. The shot swerves just wide.
78 ACTION - Chelsea go close to taking the lead as Drogba cracks in a shot from 20 metres that clips the outside of the far post with Edwin van der Sar beaten.
74 ACTION - Cristiano Ronaldo shows lovely footwork to get past Michael Essien on the left but his shot to the near post goes out for a corner.
68 ACTION - Rio Ferdinand goes down with what looks like cramp and needs treatment off the field. He returns two minutes later.
58 ACTION - Michael Ballack surges through into empty space outside the penalty box but the German puts his shot five metres wide when he really should have hit the target.
54 ACTION - Essien does well to hold the ball up just outside the area, turns back inside and scoops a shot over the bar in a rare incursion as the second half starts like the first with action confined to midfield.

45 + 2 YELLOW CARD - Ricardo Carvalho is booked for a late tackle on Ronaldo that leaves the United striker down on the floor in apparent agony.
45 GOAL - Essien brings the ball forward and sends in a low shot that is deflected, first by Nemanja Vidic then by Ferdinand into the path of Frank Lampard who strokes in the equaliser.
44 ACTION - The free kick is in an extremely dangerous position but Ballack hits it a couple of metres over the bar.
43 YELLOW CARD - Ferdinand is booked for a challenge on Lampard on the very edge of the box.
42 ACTION - Wayne Rooney crosses low from the right and Tevez in the middle just fails to make sufficient contact to deflect the ball past Petr Cech.
35 ACTION - Rooney picks out Ronaldo with a superb long ball. Ronaldo crosses and a stooping header from Tevez is well saved by Cech. Michael Carrick drives in the rebound but Cech saves again.
33 ACTION - Ferdinand, under pressure from Ballack, heads the ball back towards his own goal and Van der Sar saves brilliantly.
28 ACTION - Ballack blasts over from outside the area as Chelsea almost hit back immediately.
26 GOAL - Wes Brown exchanges a one-two with Scholes out on the right touchline and then crosses left-footed, picking out Ronaldo who heads the opening goal for United inside Cech's right-hand post.
21 YELLOW CARDS - Scholes is booked after going up for a challenge with Claude Makelele, who is also shown the yellow card. Scholes comes off worst, leaving the field briefly for treatment on a cut nose.
16 ACTION - Ronaldo beats his marker Essien but his cross from deep on the left is too high on a rare occasion early in the match when the ball reaches one of the penalty areas.
6 ACTION - Owen Hargreaves's low cross shot to the near post is gathered by Cech in an early incursion as the teams size each other up in midfield.
