Thu 29 May, 07:01 PM

MILAN (Reuters) - Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has been sacked, the Italian champions said on their Web site (www.inter.it) on Thursday.

His future had been in doubt since March when he said he would quit at the end of the season, only to change his mind the next day.

Media reports have said former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is poised to take over.
