Leyton Orient goalkeeper Glenn Morris feels the club will be better equipped to maintain a promotion push in next season's League One campaign. The Os were the early pace-setters in League One last term but fell away dramatically at the turn of the year to eventually finish in the bottom half.
But Morris, who has signed a new two-year deal at Brisbane Road, feels the experience of last season will stand them in good stead for another crack at reaching the Championship.
"We want to push on next season," the 24-year-old told the club's official website.
"If we can improve in the same way we did last year I'm sure we can finish higher up the table.
"The players here have proved their quality and I'm sure that with the players who will come in we will have the squad to go for promotion."
The Os have added friendlies against Stevenage Borough and Hornchurch to their pre-season schedule.
