Holloway encouraged by early signs

New Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is delighted with the welcome he has received following his appointment at Bloomfield Road.

The 46-year-old has returned to management a year after his departure from Leicester and has quickly forged links with his staff.

Holloway said: "They are good people who want to work hard and want to be part of what I'm doing."
