Sheffield Wednesday winger Jermaine Johnson faces an international ban after being sent off for the second time in three matches for Jamaica.
Johnson scored a stunning solo goal in Kingston, but marred his performance in injury time when he was dismissed following a scuffle.
The 28-year-old, handed a red card after clashing with Panama skipper Felipe Baloy, had earlier run the full length of the pitch to cancel out the visitors' opener for John Barnes' Reggae Boyz, who went on to secure a 3-2 friendly win.
Johnson, sent off in Jamaica's goalless draw with Nigerian at The Den in February, will now be suspended ahead of the CONCACAF Gold Cup in America next month.
