LONDON (Reuters) - Chelsea have signed Portuguese midfielder Deco from Barcelona for an undisclosed fee.

"Chelsea Football Club is delighted to confirm the signing of Deco from FC Barcelona," a statement on the club's official Web site (www.chelseaafc.com) said on Monday.
