Hereford's Edgar Street ground has come under the spotlight once again and could face further troubled times ahead.
Less than a week ago it emerged the Blackfriars End will be closed for the coming season after failing a safety inspection, while the Len Weston terraced side and the Meadow End also need maintenance work to be carried out, reducing capacity to around 5,000.
It has now been revealed an evacuation procedure, based on a pro-rata basis, will be carried out at half-time in Monday's pre-season friendly against Bristol City which could see the capacity reduced further if it does not satisfy inspectors.
"If we can't do it inside two-and-a-half minutes then the amount allowed in the stand will be adjusted accordingly," chairman Graham Turner told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"If it is a 2,000-seater stand and we can only get 1,500 out in the time, the capacity will be cut appropriately."
Meanwhile, Turner has revealed further frustration regarding stadium development following a report from Herefordshire Council which the club feel is "factually inaccurate and contained an assumption which was incorrect".

Hereford council & Buisness need to support the bulls, but in this climate they will never part with any money. look at MK Dons, new stadium back to back promotions. we will always be a part time unit unless we can draw in some serious investment
Hereford's ground needs serious investment. The ground has not been upgraded since the len weston standd was built which was in the 70's. The remaining sections of the ground are falling into disrepair. Yet local companies such as H P Bulmers & Sun Valley have not supported the local football club. Without the finance the club needs I cannot see how it will survive, look forward to blue square premier league football season 10-11...
