Bury manager Alan Knill is keeping his cards close to his chest as his fully-fit side prepare to host Brentford at Gigg Lane on Saturday.The Shakers have recruited seven new players during the summer but Knill has given little away about his preferred starting XI with his pre-season team selections.

On-loan Wolves midfielder Elliott Bennett is likely to take his place in the starting line-up while Efe Sodje, who made his loan move from Gillingham permanent this summer, will also start.

However, fellow new-boys Wayne Brown, Danny Racchi, Michael Jones, Ryan Cresswell and Stephen Dawson will have to wait until matchday to discover whether they have made the first XI.
