Roy Keane is determined to enjoy life as Ipswich manager - even though he admitted after the 1-1 draw away to fellow strugglers Reading that he has had to deal with some stressful times so far this season.
Ipswich remain at the wrong end of the table, despite a current run of five matches without defeat, thanks to an early Jon Stead goal which gave the visitors the advantage until Simon Church's involuntary finish just after the break.
Reflecting on his Ipswich tenure so far, Keane said: "We have made some changes to the players, the staff and the training ground.
"It's a nice area to live. My wife and I are enjoying it. Mind you, I have been walking the dog at midnight after a few of our recent results."
Keane had no complaints about the outcome at the Madejski Stadium, adding: "I thought it was a fair result. They had more of the possession and put us under pressure. They are a big, strong side - which surprised me.
"I thought our last two performances were perhaps the poorest for a month. But we got results - and I always say that if you get results the table sorts itself out."

I think your very right James, however we cant crow to much our performances have been
rubbish. But back to Keane I dont rate him infact he's the same as Rogers.......poor!
Lets face it both The Royals and the tractor boys have a mountain to climb. However good luck to you tractor boys, but I hope we have more!!!
stick to walking the dog you muppet.
One win in 16 is not good enough and I cannot beleive that people are happy with these dross draws against poor sides.
It seems as though people have simply accepted the fact that we are a bad side now.
As you say Keane `If you get results the table sorts itself out', well that still works if you DONT GET RESULTS, the table still sprts itself out
I ask Anyone who is happy with these points dropped to think back to just before the season started. If asked then `would you be happy with one win in 16 and five consecutive draws by early November' surely no-one would have said `yes' and yet now you appear to be comfortable with it.
I struggle to understand why anyone is accepting the position we are in given the backward steps we have taken under Keane in such a short space of time.
