Denmark beat Germany 26-25 to reach the final of the European Championships in Zagreb.

A last-minute penalty from Lars Christiansen propelled the world championship bronze medallists Denmark into the last round.
Hosts Croatia also went through to Sunday's final after beating holders France 24-23.
The contest was tight throughout with the French trailing 11-9 at halftime.
Midway through the second-half the hosts overtook the defending champions 21-19 during a five-minute long drought from the Croatians.
The hosts booked their place in the last round after "Les Bleus" failed to equalise on their final possession with six seconds left.
In the fifth-place game, Sweden beat Scandinavian rivals Norway 36-34.

Are U crazy...
There is no Handball European Championship in Zagreb or Croatia. These are old news from last Championship in Norway. On January 2009 Croatia will be host of World Championship in handball. I am really disappointed that EUROSPORT, one of the biggest sport channel in the world puts out such misinformation. Please visit : croatia2009 home site(google it) and see it for yourself.
P.S. I invite all of handball fans to come to Croatia and support their favorit team..
