Tranmere boss Ronnie Moore accused Shane Sherriff of letting his team-mates down against Leyton Orient and warned him he will be fined.Orient ended a run of five games without a win to thrash Rovers at Brisbane Road with goals from Wayne Gray, Sean Thornton and Jason Demetriou.
But Moore pointed an accusing finger at Sherriff after he received his second yellow card in the 50th minute when the score was delicately poised at 1-0.
Moore said: "We said to Shane Sherriff at half-time you are on a yellow card, be disciplined, do not go to ground.
"But how long is it in the second half? Five minutes and we are down to 10 men.
"Players have let their team-mates down. Shane Sherriff will be fined because it's hard enough 11 against 11 whoever you are playing."
