Wrexham boss Brian Little has completed deals to sign defender Phil Bolland and goalkeeper Gavin Ward from League Two rivals Chester.Bolland, 31, trained with the Dragons at the end of last month and impressed Little enough to seal a permanent switch to the Racecourse Ground.

He has agreed a six-month deal with the option of a further year while the experienced Ward has penned an 18-month deal.

Little is also continuing to run the rule over Stephen Cooke, Danny Sonner and Tommy Taylor.

Meanwhile, Wrexham's clash at Mansfield next Wednesday has been postponed. No new date has been announced.
