Luton's Chris Perry believes that the younger members of the Hatters squad "can only benefit" from experiencing the club's administration.Kevin Blackwell's squad received wages for the first two weeks in January on Tuesday after their superb 1-1 FA Cup draw with Liverpool and while it has been a harrowing experience for the players Perry believes youngsters such as Calvin Andrew and Drew Talbot will learn plenty.

He said: "The young lads here can only benefit from this situation. It's a great experience to have, if not to go through.

"They will be able to draw on it when they are older and gain strength from it.

"Since we went into administration we've had to bring a few more young lads in and they have grown in every game.

"The two forwards against Liverpool (Andrew and Talbot) were both only 21 and they were outstanding."
