Newcastle boss Kevin Keegan admits he will have to solve the ongoing Charles N'Zogbia situation - but reminded the player he is under contract.N'Zogbia is suspended for the Magpies' Premier League clash with Aston Villa on Saturday, and he will return with something to prove after news of his unhappiness at the club emerged as the transfer window drew to a close - with Tottenham reportedly ready to swoop.

Keegan said: "He has got a contract that he has just signed for the next three or four years, so that commitment was made on his behalf as well, not just the club's.

"We have got to be honest with each other and we have got to try to solve it to everyone's benefit. The best way for Newcastle fans would be if he stayed here."
