Goals from Eljero Elia and Blaise Nkufo gave FC Twente a 2-1 win at home to Heracles on Friday.
Gonzalo Garcia put the visitors ahead after 73 minutes before Twente struck twice in the last 13 minutes to secure the three points.
The result means FC Twente stay in seventh place while Heracles remain hovering above the relegation play-off places.
In an uneventful first half the home side created the most chances, with the pick of the bunch falling to Wout Brama who sent a shot just wide right at the end of the half.
The second period provided even less goalmouth action than the first until from nowhere and with just over quarter of an hour remaining a cross from the left by Srdjan Lakic was met by Garcia, whose shot from 16 yards left goalkeeper Sander Boschker without a chance and gave the visitors a shock lead.
But the goal spurred the home side into life, and they levelled matters within five minutes.
A pass from midfield by Youssouf Hersi found Elia on the left side of the penalty area, and the Holland Under-21 international's shot found the top left corner from 10 yards.
Garcia then had a chance to restore his side's lead when he found himself in a great position in the penalty area but sent his shot high over the bar.
With the scare survived Nkufo grabbed all three points with a strike on 86 minutes.
Substitute Youssouf Hersi played the ball to Nkufo from the right wing and the Swiss striker made no mistake to seal the win.
