Read our guide to find out which players you should grab hold of and which ones you should kick to the the kerb.
Goalkeepers
Choose 'em:Jens Lehmann (7.15) will start again for Arsenal against Blackburn due to the continued absence of Manuel Almunia (13.79) through injury, and the German is significantly cheaper than the rest of the 'keepers in the top four.
This could just be the week to pick Sunderland's Craig Gordon (2.16). He's now officially the cheapest player in the game, but a home match against Wigan is about as good as it gets for the £9 million man.
Lose 'em: Reading are on a run of six straight defeats in the league, and have conceded more goals away from home than anyone else, so it's probably best not to pick Marcus Hahnemann (7.80) at Goodison Park.
Chris Kirkland (4.38) and Shay Given (4.22) both look tempting bargains, but are facing much more potent strike forces than the Heskey-less Wigan.
Defenders
Choose 'em: He'll cost you, but Everton's Joleon Lescott (12.63) is always good value. Facing a Reading team in meltdown, don't be surprised if he adds to his five-goal tally.
Philippe Senderos, like team-mate Lehmann, is in the side by virtue of an absentee, and is only 6.34. Manchester United's Nemanja Vidic is also well-priced at 9.55.
He's back! Fresh from his stint at the Africa Cup of Nations, Aaron 'The Enabler' Mokoena (2.84) returns to Ewood Park. He's almost certain to play somewhere on Monday for the depleted Rovers, so if you fancy their chances against Arsenal, he's your man. Another bargain is Noe Pamarot (4.63), who will partner Sol Campbell (9.55) for Portsmouth.
Lose 'em: Chelsea's Juliano Belletti (14.57) could well keep a clean sheet against Liverpool, but other Blues defenders are a lot cheaper.
Patrice Evra (10.91) and Jonathan Woodgate (5.4) are suspended, and we hope you've been watching Eurosport to keep track of who is still in Africa.
Cheap-as-chips Marc Edworthy (4.33) has been called in to bolster the Derby defence, but the visit of Tottenham is not the best time to pick a Derby player.
Midfielders
Choose 'em: Manchester City's Martin Petrov (11.84) is sure to give United's Wes Brown (7.39) a torrid time on Sunday, while Ryan Giggs (12.09) is likely to be up against Sun Jihai (4.97) in the derby.
Jermaine Jenas (12.33) looks set to continue his good form for club and country at Pride Park.
Fulham's Jimmy Bullard (9.19) looks set to be the main man in the Cottagers' bid to stay up, and the price of Tim Cahill (13 games, 6 goals, 1 assist) has dropped to a tempting 10.43.
Finally, we'll address the 'Cristiano Ronaldo question': He costs 27.79, he has more goals, match-winning goals and shots on target, and has earned a whopping 355 points. Decide for yourself.
Lose 'em:David Bentley (18.92) looked a bit out of sorts for England on Wednesday, and may not have the best of times against his old club.
Steven Gerrard (19.56) has the second-highest price, but will be crowded out by an industrious Chelsea midfield of Michael Ballack (13.08) and Claude Makelele (5.16, file under choose 'em).
Xabi Alonso (8.55) , Olivier Kapo (9.00) and Elano (10.08) are among the suspended this week.
Forwards
Choose 'em: Assist-machine Ashley Young (16.02) is back from suspension for Villa, and will be dying to get stuck into a Newcastle defence that is just as hapless but at least play with a smile on their faces under Keegan.
Kenwyne Jones (10.78) is sure to unsettle Wigan, and is less than half the price of the frightfully consistent Emanuel Adebayor (21.37).
Dimitar Berbatov (15.74) is also rather good. Expect his stats of nine goals and eight assists to change at around 4:45pm on Saturday.
Jermain Defoe (9.44) has been given a new lease of life at Portsmouth, and will be licking his lips at the prospect of facing the Bolton defence after scoring past Chelsea last week.
Lose 'em: Plenty of big-hitters are absent this week, as Wayne Rooney (19.69) is suspended, and Fernando Torres (15.02) , Robin van Persie (18.24) and Andriy Shevchenko (11.36) are all injured. Despite being eliminated in the Africa Cup of Nations semi-final, Didier Drogba (14.64) and Salomon Kalou (11.13) will contest the third-place play-off on Saturday before they return. Yakubu (12.12) is not in the Everton squad to face Reading.
Anyone thinking about Boro's new Brazilian hero Alfonso Alves (6.42) scoring the winner on his debut against Fulham? Well, on your head be it
